electric linear actuator manufacturers

This page coordinates electric linear actuator manufacturers replies for a scoped factory inquiry. We ask each bidder to quote the same dynamic load through the stroke, stroke in millimetres, supply in VDC, duty cycle at maximum ambient temperature and commissioning boundary. Electric Linear Actuator Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner; a manufacturer reply is not an appointment by this site and is not a claim that we audited the plant. Compare included items before treating two factory documents as the same offer. Public directories such as Thomas and DirectIndustry describe supplier discovery; they do not replace a named reply for this duty.

Service stage and responsibilities

Delivery scope

Delivery scope: Equipment scope

Ask each factory to restate ratio, dynamic load in newtons, stroke, retracted length, and whether position feedback, end-of-stroke behaviour and synchronization support are inside the quoted unit. A shortlist that only names company size is not comparable. Throughput-style speed figures without load and supply voltage are incomplete. Tooling here means mounting pins, extra cables and any alignment fixtures, not a mold.

Price exclusions

Flag controllers, power supplies, synchronization kits, installation, shipping, training, commissioning and SAT travel when they are absent. Guides that carry side load are often extra. Those gaps are comparison items, not hidden discounts. Spare parts lists should say which cables and wipers are included.

Response basis

A usable manufacturer response restates performance at the actual load and VDC, duty cycle at the named ambient, and included documents. This service does not sign FAT or SAT. Owner acceptance remains with the buyer after contract language is written. Cycle time is loaded extension time, not a packaging-machine output.

Remaining buyer inputs include work envelope, footprint, three-phase supply only if a cabinet is quoted, connected load if motors or PSUs are quoted, PLC interface names, optional budget (currency, per-unit or whole-order) and supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly, or not sure). Preference is a buyer selection, not a verified factory rating.

Single-actuator quotes and paired-lift quotes should not share one total unless load imbalance, fault response and acceptance boundaries are named. Nominal no-load millimetres per second and validated extension time at a measured load are different numbers; request test conditions. Machine price and installed project cost are also different: tooling, shipping, utilities, installation and spare parts should sit on separate lines. Changeover between fixtures is a documented duty, not an implied free option.

An open manufacturer sheet dated 2026-09-17 that lists dynamic load in N, static load in kN, stroke in mm, full-load versus no-load speed in mm/s, voltage in VDC and duty cycle at ambient is used only as a unit checklist. It is a Thomson Electrak HD reference observation, not a universal rating and not an affiliation. Viscosity language does not apply; feedstock here is the machine load and mounting. Positioning of pin centres is confirmed on drawings, not inferred from a photograph. Supply frequency in Hz must match the US plant if a three-phase cabinet is included.
